I worked through a number of injuries with Mitchell this year, some running related and some not. Mitchell was there each week checking in, giving me the exercises to get back to healthy as quickly as possible. This year we ran a half marathon, a mountain marathon and the Chicago marathon and I can unequivocally say there is no way I would have been able to get healthy, stay healthy, train and be in place to perform at each event without Mitchell’s help. I can’t say how much I appreciate the pre-race check-ins to get in the right headspace and the post-race excitement once I finish.
