- Specialization as an athlete - 1500m-10k on the track (Looking forward to venturing more into the longer distances on the roads and trails in the future!)

- Specialization as a coach - I enjoy coaching people of all ages, abilities, and event focuses. I believe one of my strengths as a coach is in forming connections and personalizing plans. I deeply value the coach-athlete relationship and the personal relationship an athlete has with their running. I love getting to be a part of an athlete's journey and helping them connect more with their process and help them chase their goals.

- How did you start running? - While there have been many highs and lows in my relationship with running, it has constantly filled my life with so much joy, gratitude, passion, purpose, and perspective. I love the way it connects me more deeply to myself, to others, to the planet, and to my spirituality. 
- Tell us an interesting fact/something fun about you? - I have three dogs who are all better runners than me. They fill me with joy daily and make for some of the best training partners, friends, and teachers. I also love to read and very much consider myself a lifelong student.
