Coaching Objectives

Analyzing, practicing and teaching biomechanics of the best athletes in a certain sport and finding out what I am capable of.

Thinking outside of the box of traditional training methods within a sport and putting into practice my own theories on cues that have been overlooked.

Training Philosophy:

“Cue Based Training”

“Cue to Feel, Feel to Succeed”

I believe that very specific cues that lead to the feeling of fluidity is the greatest teacher. Once an athlete feels fluidity in movement, the muscles remember, and the movement pattern can be established as permanent. The pursuit of “the feeling” is one of the great motivators.
